The REJUVENATOR penetrates and seals micro cracks in surfaces improving permeability and enhancing the existing binder with a blend of naturally occurring bitumen and oils. Hydrocarbon-enriched bitumen slows further degradation by up to 5 times the rate of standard, factory-grade bitumen. Skid resistance is improved immediately after application. The REJUVENATOR has an active shelf life greater than 12 months and A consistent schedule of The REJUVENATOR prevents aggregate loss and extends the effective life of roads, runways and parking areas almost indefinitely.

The REJUVENATOR simply and safely replaces and reinvigorates the existing bitumen binder in the road surface and effectively protects against further damage. It is an environmentally-friendly product that has sustainable and economical technology. Rejuvenation penetrates and seals porous asphalt surfaces and replaces bitumen lost through oxidations, UV exposure and moisture. The REJUVENATOR is quick-drying and renews the surface binder, reinstating flexibility and reducing brittleness. The proprietary properties of The REJUVENATOR seal, bind and eliminate many of the common problems of conventional maintenance programs.

Our CrackSeal is a product formulated to engineering requirements and can perform in some of the most difficult climatic conditions. The ability to produce a material that will not be soft and track in the summer and still be flexible in freezing temperatures requires research and experience.

Our polymer-modified sealant actually “relaxes” during full extension. This technique places less tension or stress on the bond of the sealant to the side walls of the crack and results in longer-lasting sealant bonds. This next generation of polymer-modified sealants exceed current test minimums established by ASTM, AASHTO and other agencies. Polymer sealants last longer and continue to perform.
